I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies from the College of Notre Dame and a Master of Divinity Degree from Pacific School of Religion, Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, California.

I was ordained in 1979 in the United Church of Christ. I have served churches in San Carlos, Lodi, Fresno, and Los Alamitos, California. I was a Navy Chaplain, who served in Portsmouth, VA, and Orlando FL, and in the Naval Reserves in Newport, RI and New York, NY. Further, I was an elementary educator for the last 25 years.
